Carl C. Gunnett, 76, of Hillsboro, died Jan 20, 2006, in Hillsboro, MO. 

Mr. Gunnett was an electrician with the Dana Corporation. 

Born Oct 20, 1929, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, he was the son of the late George and Eunice Gunnett. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Gunnett.

He is survived by two daughters:  Judy (Butch) Eckert and Sherry (Randy) Starkey, both of Hillsboro;

a brother, Charles (Flora) Gunnett of St. Louis; 

three sisters: Helen Leadbetter of Arnold, Jane Britton of Arkansas and Charlene Williams of Arkansas; 

four grandchildren: and two great-grandchildren. 

He was also preceded in death by three brothers:  Harold, Howard and Ray Gunnett; and a sister, Geraldine Gunnett.

Funeral services were held Jan 24 at Mahn Funeral Chapel in De Soto, officiated by the Rev. Jim Owens. 

Burial was in the Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. 

Memorials may be made to the JMH Hospice.
