Born November 09, 1927, in Kekoskee, Wisconsin. 

Paul earned a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin. Paul served in elementary education in Wisconsin as a teacher

and principal for 31 yrs. Paul took an early retirement so he could earn his second masters degree in Divinity from the Christian Outreach School of Ministeries. He then served as a assistant pastor and administrator of Christian Outreach Church. Paul was a U.S. Army veteran.

Paul and his wife Pearl were married on June 11th, 1950 in Kekoskee, Wisconsin.
