Dearest wife of John H. Lark, beloved daughter of the late James and Lillian Harder

(Nee Heiney), Double Cousin of Jeanine Ceglinski, Godmother of Marcella Winemiller,

Shari Juran, Paul Ceglinski, Katherine Weber (nee Doyle) and Leslie Berry (nee

Skolmowski), Like a mother to John B. Hoeh, Our dear Aunt, Great Aunt, Sister in law

Cousin and special friend of Mildred Doyle.

Funeral Monday August 12, 2002 with 9:15 AM prayers from the Robert D. Brown

Funeral Home 103 Fourth St. Hillsboro Mo. to Good Shepherd Catholic Church for mass

at 10:00 AM. 

Visitation at the Funeral Home Sunday from 2:00 until 8:00 PM.

Interment 2:00 PM Monday at Friedens Cemetery. (note: a meal will be served at

K of C # 6401 Hillsboro after mass and before interment).

Memorials to Good Shepherd Church, Hillsboro Mo. appreciated.

A Registered Nurse for 55 Years, Red Cross Nurse Volunteer, Member of K of C # 6401 Auxiliary

and the 150 club at St. Stanislaus Koska Church and the Stickney Friendship Club, Dixon Mo. 

Cecelia and John were married 52 years having wed on Sep 10, 1949. 

A crusader for returning to the catholic church and gave many rosaries.

Devoted to Our Mother of Perpetual Help, will be missed by family and friends.

 

Walter James Laws

Walter James Laws, age 67, of Barnhart, Missouri, formerly of Bryson, North Carolina, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2002, at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St Louis, Missouri. Walter was born May 16, 1934, in Bryson, North Carolina. Walter was a maintenance worker for the National Park Service.                                                                                                                                                                    Walter is survived by his wife Ellen Fleek Laws Nee (Dolson), of Barnhart, Missouri, his dear step-sons, Martin Giger of Potosi, Missouri, Tim Giger of High Ridge, Missouri, Thomas Giger of Imperial, Missouri, Danny Giger of Hillsboro, Missouri, Mark Giger of St Clair, Missouri, Andy Giger of Imperial, Missouri, Larry Giger of Barnhart, Missouri, and one step daughter, Kathy Burns, of Hillsboro, Missouri.  Walter is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.                                                                                                            Walter was preceded in death by two step-sons, Micky Giger and Shane Fleek. Walter and Ellen were married on December 16, 1993 in North Carolina.                                                                                                                                                                                                Visitation Wednesday Feb, 20, 2002 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home 103 Fourth St. Hillsboro MO.         Service Following the Visitation, Wednesday at 2:00 PM. Interment will be in the Swain Memorial Park Cemetery, Bryson City, North Carolina.

Wilson Morris Lively

 

Wilson Morris Lively, 83, Hillsboro, died Feb. 1, 2002, at Hillcrest Nursing Home. He was born March 7, 1918, in Mount Vernon, Ill., the son of Wilson W. and Eva (Chambliss) Lively.
He was a supervisor at J.P. Devine Company in Mount Vernon for 42 years. He retired from Nooter Corporation in St. Louis. He was a member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mary (Highsmith) Lively whom he married June 30, 1939; two daughters, Cinda (Kenneth) Shimkus of Hillsboro and Alice (Donald) Petty of St. Peters; two sisters, Olive (Burrell) Mays of Mount Vernon, Ill., and Joyce Jeffries of Effingham, Ill.; a brother, Edward (Helen) Lively of Mount Vernon, Ill.; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Margaret Fern Lively.
Funeral service was Feb. 3 at Hughey Funeral Home, Mount Vernon, Ill., with the Rev. Ruth Storey officiating. Interment is in Bethel Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hillsboro United Methodist Church.
