Judith A. Hart

Judith A. Hart (nee Haas) age 59, of Festus, MO, passed away Monday, May 29, 2000, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City MO.
Judy was born June 12, 1940 in Belleville Ill.
She is survived by her husband Richard D. Hart of Festus, MO, her son, Douglas J. Hart of Festus, Mo, three grandchildren Samantha D. Hart of Festus, Mo, and Ena and Misty Rhives of Festus, MO. She was also survived by three sisters; Mary Vargas of Belleville, IL, Jean Sluder of Walnut Ridge, AR and Cathy Morgan of Belleville, IL, and brothers Larry and Ken Haas of Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Tammy M. Hart, her father Howard Haas, her mother Loretta Tewart (nee Poelker) and her stepfather Walter Tewart. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ron and Buddy Haas, and one granddaughter Monica Hart.
Judy worked as a secretary at Scenic View Nursing Center in Herculaneum, MO.
Judy and Richard were married May 4, 1959.
Visitation will be Wednesday May 31, 2000 from 6 until 8 p.mm at the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home 103 Fourth Street Hillsboro, MO.
Funeral Service Thursday 10 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church. Herculaneum. MO.
Judy will also be in state Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Renner Funeral Home in Belleville, IL, with Interment services on Friday at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, IL.

Julius T."J.T." Hausgen

Julius T. Hausgen passed away in Hillsboro, MO, on May 31, 2000, at the age of 87. He was born Dec 16, 1912, in Lincoln County, MO.
Mr. Hausgen was a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army during WWII from 1940-1945. He served in China, Burma, and India. He started Hausgen Garage in Hillsboro and worked at Wagner Store Company as a  Wholesale Manager of Lumber Sales.
He was a founding member of the Hillsboro Community Volunteer Fire Association.
Mr. Hausgen is survived by his wife Winifred “Winnie” Hausgen  (nee Frazier) of Hillsboro, MO, his son Julius “Jay” Hausgen of Hillsboro and two grandsons, Julius Hausgen II and Wyatt Morgan Hausgen, both of Hillsboro. He is also survived by his sister Loretta King of Hillsboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Flora Hausgen (neeTalbot), and his sister Marjorie Hurd.
Visitation will be Friday June 2, 2000 from 5 until 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be Saturday June 3, 2000, at 10:00 A.M. in the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment in Hillsboro Cemetery.

Bev was born August 20, 1942 in Lilburn, MO. She is survived by her husband William R. Higgins, and 2 sons William S. and Boyd. She was preceeded in death by her father, David Stephens. She was a member of the Hillsboro United Methodist Church.

The funeral was held at the Hillsboro United Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. Ruth Storey, on October 3, 1999.
The family request memorials to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
